Prevent problems and build engagement

Set predictable routines and pre-correct likely trouble spots
Give directions, choices, prompts, and wait time effectively
Reinforce participation without bargaining or accidental escalation
Adjust support across K–2, 3–5, 6–8, and 9–12

Course 031 hour 24 minutes

Respond, stabilize, and support re-entry

Respond to refusal, profanity, phones, peer conflict, and bullying
Recognize escalation and activate classroom help
Prioritize safety during fighting without improvising crisis procedures
Support regulation, repair, documentation, and re-entry

Training supports local practice. It does not replace it.

Organizations remain responsible for district policies, student-specific plans, IEP implementation, mandated reporting procedures, emergency protocols, and required hands-on crisis training. Customer policy inserts will connect the course framework to each organization’s expectations.
